This Victorian villa suffers from lack of light at its back whilst enjoying a lovely open aspect to the sea in front. It is being adapted with two extensions built into the existing terraces with sedum roofs to tie the new structures into the pattern of the garden landscape. Rooflights and glazed lanterns allow light down into the back of the house. Due on site in autumn 2010.
