CRICKET PAVILION, SURREY

This cricket pavilion was designed in collaboration with architect Oliver Chapman for one of the oldest cricket grounds in the world. The pavilion contains a club room with a bar and kitchen, changing rooms and equipment store. In its closed state the building is a seamless and secure oak clad box, but when in use the walls unfold to become seating, steps, awnings and score boards, and to reveal a viewing area within.
