This long term vision for the town of Queensferry, adjacent to Edinburgh, has been led by WTA with the support of local business and community groups, and from City of Edinburgh Council. Working along side planning facilitators Goddard and Socha (who commissioned the Kirkcaldy Development Framework for the town centre managers) an overview urban analysis has been undertaken and early potential projects identified. Initial funding is now taking the project forward for community consulatation and more detailed analysis and proposals. Images shown are of some of the early Urban Analysis and of examples of the sort of resultant projects that could emerge from the process.
