These designs were prepared for limitted competition in which WTA was the runner up. The brief was for a new community hall for sport/theatre etc, a community library and other ancillary facilities. Two curve plate roofs enclosed the largest spaces sunken into the hillside for shelter, with smaller sedum covered roofs knitting the whole together. Designs were also prepared for a community-run hostel adjacent.
